Hello To All:— We stayed in Lords Plaza from 20th Jan to 23 Jan & found this hotel very satisfying.Hotel staff was taking care hygiene & precautions from Corona pandemic. Even the daily kit was having hand sanitizer. All Hotel lobbies are having hand sanitizer & every body was wearing mask.Room size

Lords plaza surat is one of the best hotel in surat. Staff are very courteous and friendly. Service of the team members is amazing and very well trained staff. Food is amazing as always.Hotel room is thoroughly Sanitized before arrival and covid 19 precautions are taken very well by the hotel.

Although I was excited to stay at this hotel but it turned out to be the most disappointing stay. Although I booked myself in a standard room the room was not up to mark and I was forced to do a paid upgrade to superior room. I am a very frequent visitor of this hotel. Whenever I come in the night doormen always help me. my car always parked in front of the hotel. Driver Anna always keep my car ready in the morning .Washing and sensitization of car done by them. Kudos to team of Lords Plaza. All staff trained in good

We are regularly visit here from 2018, but after covid time they are cutting cost on guest service,if you are looking for water bottle,thay provide you just 500ml's 2 bottle in a day...just imagine, thay give just 1 ltr water in day for 2 person.I request you many times for water but everytime they
