The location is good, rooms are doable. It is in a busy place but accessible to all tourist attractions. But the service is pathetic, no one responds to any request. I've stayed here during it's hey days and so went back on the 16th September 2021. The place looks the same, the security and staff at the check in very courteous, but the rooms were a let down. While it was clean, it was ageing all over, molt under the sink and bathrooms (maybe the pandemic effect

We stayed 1 night. Room is comfortable n clean. Kettle n toiletries provided in room. Room service was quick. Staff was courteous. Hot water available 24 hrs. Food was tasty. Buffet bfast was good and had decent options. We enjoyed our stay. Decent car parking available.

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Gnamam. We stayed one night at the hotel. The room and bed were fine. Breakafst was included in the price. Restaurant served nice food. We could make coffee and tea in the room. The staff was friendly and helpful.
