hotel is if 1949 fully renovated ,keeping its old beauty and the design untouched .vast open areas within property and for parkingreception staff is very helpful and courteous.There is a room for improvement in complimentary break fast .

Excellent staff. Ms Soumyaa and Mr Jackson are very courteous. They handle all the problems very well and are very flexible with sign in and sign out times. Rooms are clean. Restaurant is super.Except for the phone number for room service ....which is 666....the beasts number..... everything in the

A very good boutique hotel near the railway station. Very good ambience and good staff behaviour. Rooms are well furnished with good amenities. A good stay overall if you wish to relax. Avoid road facing rooms because Street is noisy. Breakfast is average

Terrible hospitality. Facilities look really good but the customer dealing by the manager is really pathetic. They will come up with unusual terms and conditions in the last minute and as a customer, we will have to deal with all these end of the day. I don’t recommend anyone to plan any function/ c

Our room was clean, but felt damp due to the AC not working efficiently. The air coming out of the vents were slightly cooler than air from a fan. They sent a tech, but nothing was resolved. We kept the AC running all day from 3pm but the temp in the room did not budge.

The service was extremely poor; there was a lack of staff, and it took an hour for someone from the ACbar to take our order. Additionally, there was only one ice bucket for all the tables. The other staff members are neglectful; even when we call for assistance, they disregard us.

Excellent hospitality nice food good rooms. Merlin is easy access from Railway Station and bus station. I feel like home. Nice bar and lounge. Especially front office ms. Soumya is very courteous. I will recommend to all my friends and relatives.

Bad experience with this hotel. On in name its international not in thier practical. Not satisfied with the staff . They are behaving like they are paying our money fo stay and food. Never take any rooms or foods from this hotel. Too mich f**k stay and behaviour.

The rooms were very elegant and clean. The food service is also amazing. Mr. Ranjit at the reception was very welcoming and cooperative. This hotel is also very close to the railway station. Would love to visit here again while on a trip to in and around Thrissur.
