No. Of customers affect the quality and service which is not good. When there are plenty of customers then food quality degrades and it affects value for money. Provide food according to the price you put on menu cards.

They had an item ' Sabudana Khichdi' in breakfast which was smelling so bad. When I asked restaurant manager to take a portion and eat, he did not eat it and he said that there was left over item from yesterday which they have served. Reception team was good. The front office desk staff has no much knowledge about providing Wi-Fi to the guests. I was without Wi-Fi during my entire stay. Restaurant and the food is fantastic. Restaurant staff also are courteous.

Overall Good Hospitality, Thanks to Mr. Hatim, he took good care of us. Executive Rooms are better. Hotel is not far from the main Mahakaleshwar Temple. Mr. Rajendra at the Restaurant was very courteous, suggested us good dinner options as we were just 2 of us. Very Satisfying Experience.

Very worst service ever seen. Staff not responsive, least intrested, bad behaviour, not timely service.Stupid people. Never visit again. We would stay either on street rather then this hotel. Half things not working in rooms. And staff not responsive to children
