To be frank, this hotel owes my booking to the interaction I had on telephone with their Supervisor, Palak, who was quick to affirm my request for early check in. I stayed again at this hotel just after it reopened recently after lifting of COVID-19 lockdown. I felt safe as hotel was seen to be taking adequate precautions and was following Marriott Guidlines.
