The Hospitality of Mr.Ashok Singh and his team was outstanding. Lunch was fabulous. The Fnb service standard was good.The upkeep standard of the property is top class.Liquid hand soap used in Lobby washroom was very good.

The bathroom had a soap dispenser which was not working . the bed was small for my size. At the time of billing they tried to charge a lemonade extra which was taken back once pointed out. No parking space. Had to park far off then ask the staff to bring the car later on. Lobby is small and congest

Rooms are not that clean and there is lots of noise from bathroom in night and early morning. Mattress is not comfortable very old. Toiletries are of very low standard. Food served in restaurant is also not good. Everything was too cold in buffet. Taste and quality of the food is ok ok.

I visited Suba Elite in Dec’2019 and now in Nov’23. I was happy to see service provided by Nirmalji as he remembered me after so many years. He helped me for booking here in vadodara and their different hotels around the region as I was with my family tour.

We booked two rooms at suba elite from January 09 to 11 2020. We requested for early check in. The staff happily accommodated us. Amenities very good. Sleep quality very good. Food good but sweets missing in buffet breakfast. Overall good experience.
