It was just awesome experience at hotel Samarpan Nesh inn during our stay at The Samarpan. I was not expecting this type hotel and facilities in Patna. Very good staff with very cool behavior. It’s a nightmare and epitomises everything that’s opposite of hospitality. Dinner on 14oct in the restaurant : we arrived close to 10pm and were served dinner at quarter to twelve - the dal was cold and wouldn’t be surprised if it was left over.The hotel didn’t have a bottle of cold drink in room se

Pathetic service, rude staff, use extremely sleazy ways to charge customer, very basic hotel at an extremely high price. Not a pleasant place to stay.The food is average or rather on the bad side. I am sure not to stay at this hotel again.

Stayed 4 days with my friends , the hotel is showing 4* category but in reality it is not more than 2* nice ambiance but waste management (Most of the managers chewing Pan Masala in Duty) very strange only the best part is the food but it is too much expensive, If you don't know hindi then please do

I had stayed here four time from January 2016 to April 2016 & July 2016 & its a good hotel among bunch of average hotel . Location is just average on Kidwai puri road but very much near to Electricity Board Offices & Income Tax. Rooms are spacious with all facilities available . Food quality is good

This is a newly opened hotel and facilities are yet to be fully ready... hot water wasn't available in bath and had to be told at receptionFood quality was good especially chicken tikka & tandoor and Omlet egg curie However prices of food was very expensive which was surprising.Hope management fixes
