It was a pleasure staying at this Brand new property, which is 5 minutes walking from the income tax golember. Samarpan is a nice hotel with excellent food and service. They offer complementary fruit, chocolates and coffee in the room. Breakfast is good and you can choose: Indian, continental, etc.

Overall review 6/10.In May 2 night stay.Service was not upto mark, wifi not worked for me even after 5 time complaint, food is overrated.Cleainess wise it very 4.5 mark out of 5 to housekeepingOverall service level needs to improve a lot.

This is a worst hotel to stay. The facility and rooms are not commensurate to the price you pay for stay in the hotel. The rooms are shabby, bathrooms not very clean and neat besides even sofa seem to be worn out from one side. Room service is not courteous at all and overall lacks any sense of prof

It's amazing hotel in patna.nice look of hotelFood was also very tesy and staff behaviour is also good.The staff was super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good, the location as well - it is a walking distance to the main market and there are places to eat and supermarkets nearby.

The hotel staff is extremely warm and welcoming. Lavkush, Aditi, and Shweta takes great care of their visitors. I have been staying here for 5 days and they made the stay comfortable for me. Definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Patna!
