Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Rooms are spotless and cleaned daily, breakfast is plentiful, staff are very helpful specially shashi and ashutosh suggest me to go for mangala arti in early morning for Lord shiva worship. I feel very happy and also thanks to mgr sandesh and afzal.

The Ambience and the hospitality is good. Food is good and the clealiness is also excellent. Staff behaviour and reception staff are doing excellent job. Room service staff is also good and within no time they are serving with the required items

This was my third hotel in Benaras in the past 1 month after Madin and Taj Ganga. Madin is a totally 'Indian' hotel, yet it was miles ahead of Radisson. Radisson is an international chain and here it is run by a bunch of Banarsi Babus and UP Bhaiyas in their typical dysfunctional and inefficient sty

This hote is one of the best hotels in varanasi. I like to stay here always. Hotel staff is very courteous and giving me non smoking rooms alway. Now a days there arehand hand sanitizer kept everywhere to avoid spreading of corona.

There are Serious faults in the AC of the rooms, Staff tells me it works only at 5-10 degrees which is freezing temperature. If keep the temperature at 24-25 degrees water is seen coming on the walls ceiling and floors just like how it will come inside a freezer of a fridge. Hot water was very mild

We did not expect the kind of experience we had at this Radisson. We came to the hotel at 8:30 am with a pre-booking but were not assigned a room till 10:30 pm because the staff was confused and the hotel was overbooked. We saw people come in and yell at the staff because either their bathrooms were
