Her birthday occurred during our stay and we were treated to an unsolicited birthday cake and celebratory room decorating, which was a very nice touch.The staff are all warm and welcoming. The suite was the most expensive room in the hotel but it was too cold and no heater was provided after repeated asking. The guy in the reception (Vivek Yadav) was very rude and doesn't know anything of customer service. He should be fired. The manager Neetu said they don't provide heaters even when

Not great. We booked this hotel for 3 nights because it looked like it had a great swimming pool, high up with great views. We could relax in the Sun on the loungers. The Swimming Pool was closed for the whole duration of our stay. We couldn’t change hotels, we’d booked through Booking.com who have
