We went to see the Doc at CMC Vellore. Hotel staff was so humble and service oriented. Food served to us was delicious. Only thing is that the property is little old. Good location. At a walking distance from CMC.

One of the worst ever experience of a hotel stay. Since it was an urgent business trip, was not left with much choice, as the hotel was selected and pre-booked by a local colleague. This place stinks.leaking rooms.The receptionist picks his nose and the rooms look like a scene from a horror story.i had booked a room later I cancelled and looked for another place to stay.If you travel to vellore look for any other place than this.

I spent two nights at this hotel and found it unsatisfactory. The room was dirty, the one towel was grimy, the open shower made it difficult to use the bathroom, there was no wifi and breakfast was all carbohydrate and fat (I don't eat carbs).

I was suggested this place as it was close to the hotel where I had to go. Check in was itself dispointing. Staff are not ptofessional and very rude. Not customer friendly. Room was stinking. After many calls they responded for a room change. The Manager was giving lot of excuses and not apologetic.

I have booked 2 rooms well in advance and the courtesy extended at reception was just not fair. The youngster at the reception was rough and rude and should know that it is business that demands hospitality. Used Linens were not changed and on demand it was replaced around 1100 pm. Just not worth
