SPOT ON Prince Residency

The hotel staff are asking to pay more. I booked through Agoda online.But they are asking for more money. I didn't pay what they are asking. Then they troubled me a lot, they didn't give AC remote also. Then I had vacated forcebily in the next day morning... please guys boycot this property... don't book this property
