We went there for my parent's 50 anniversary and had the warmest of stays. From the booking manager in Delhi to the receptionist and the GM on site, they went out of their way to make our stay perfect. From the cake to the rides to the temple in the cold, all the staff at the hotel took really good

Its terrible experience. Those who are booking, be careful about the food you order. There are so many hidden costs. very poor service ,in most of the rooms AC do not workvery bad food and after recieving money they simply ignore all your probemsno cleaningswimming pool has insects in itAt last recommend NOT TO BOOK HOTEL.

Poor food quality for what they charge. Horriable experience. Verify once and twice before booking for this hotel. Swimming pool is there but unable to use due to bad maintenance. Fun zone is there but no use of it. They are like a show peice.

Excellent place to visit with family 👪 well maintained and clean property. Staff is very warm and friendly.there is small gym but they have a fun zone for kids....Breakfast speed can be better.Overall nice experience,excellant stay highly recommend....

Well friends had a chance to stay in the main property ,the rooms were very good with all amenities for a room.located at 5 km from banke Bihari temple . The hotel is basically on highway and has a restaurant .there are no gym etc .One suggestions if u are offered rooms in its annex Krishna valley p
