Nice service. Great hospitility. Friendly staff and definitely a great experience. Office Manager named Ms. Sahaya, Ms. Anu Jain and Ms. Shahiba has a friendly behaviour. The restaurant inside the hotel is hygienic as well as the foods tastes delicious.

The hotel is situated right on the main road in Mathura-Vrindavan road. Although it may appear small, the rooms and the entire hotel are clean and beautiful. A nice cozy hotel. The staff was very helpful and courteous right from the front office desk people to the security person outside.. The in-house restaurant needs special mention as the food was amazing. I give it 5 stars for service.

I found Idhyan's staff is quite courteous and helpful while managing whole event of wedding. It is an awesome hotel with economic rates . The way they manage the services is quite commendable and special credit goes to their manager and chef for helping us out throughout the event .Thank you

Very nice experience. They have upgraded my rooms to bigger rooms. Rooms were clean and food was nice. Overall satisfactory. Will recommend to others. The staffs showed polite behaviour and the receptionist was kind enough to accommodate children at very reasonable price
