One of the most beautiful scenic place that we have ever seen surrounded by greenery and water..Just the place itself gave us a peaceful atmosphere that we were looking for. It's a nice and budget friendly place to unwind and have a good time. Food was good too. The manager and the staff were really of great service. The pool is small and could use better maintenance but that's kind of forgiveable.

Went there with friends and really enjoyed the whole experience. Good food and good service with beautiful scenes all around. Was surprised the hotel was on an island but suffered no delays because of the hotels boat service. Cleanliness was also maintained pretty well.

Property is poorly maintained. Muddy water coming from taps, Pond also dirty. Location is far from main alleppy, 15 km approx. & it is in vicinity of local village. Drunk people keep boating around and tease guests. No security is there also. Very unsafe for families. Also Property is not connecte

Such a beautiful location.. Accessing by boat its very nice experience.. Experienced caretakers.. Tasty foods.. Calm, quite and greenish ambience.. Pleasent atmosphere with lake view frontage rooms and party hall.. Clean and safe swimming pool..

I had booked this hotel after reading good reviews about it on this site but our experience was really pathetic and will not recommend others to book this place. I am going to try and keep this as short as possible, just because reminiscing this is not what I would choose to spend time doing! However, I think you guys should know this, especially if planning a holiday. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had - been to resorts/hotels in 6 countries

Pls never go to their houseboats, I and my cousin from US booked their houseboat in February for which they took 100% advance and our experience was the worst ever.The staff did not co-operate with us at all, in fact they were most rude.Food served was yuk.Nothing about them was worth recommending a
