Amazing hospitality right from the time of arrival. Complimentary sunset boat cruise was offered and there are pedal boats available for guests. Breakfast spread was real good. We stayed at Treehouse for our honeymoon which was top notch.

The hotel was a huge let down. The pictures were very misleading and it is definitely not a 4star resort.Once arrived, the staff brining our suitcase to the room slightly damaged it and did not even inform us. Warmth Lake Haven is a good 30 minute Tuktuk ride out of Alappuzha on a river surrounded by rice fields and farms. The last part of the journey, once you turn off the main road , is a very rough uneven dirt road . Public transport is not easily accessible to & from Lake Haven. If you wish to explore

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Warmth Lake Haven. The resort is in a beautiful and peaceful location on the lake and our room was spacious with lovely views. All the food we had was excellent and very tasty. All the staff were very helpful and polite and our stay was very well organised.

Don't get fooled by the pictures . May be the king room could have been good as it was near the lake.The room was exceptionally small for such a huge price , even if it was for a low price the hotel facilities was not up to the mark . Booked this resort for enjoying the lake view as it is mentioned

Choose a river facing room, it opens up on to the back waters & it’s utterly charming. Rustic but comfortable the rooms offer all the basic amenities and one is treated to verdant views of palms and the trill of birds. Highly recommend the massage as well- the masseuse although small & slight was a

The resort is neatly maintained with beautiful surroundings. The cottages has nice balcony with backwater view and we were also provided with boat rides. Service was very prompt and they arranged the cakes at the last moment to celebrate birthday. Overall very satisfied with the experience.

Rooms are spacious, neatly maintained, in-house restaurant with variety of items to try, superb taste, friendly staff. We stayed in Heritage room whereas Lake View Cottage is a must to try. A small tree house is there from a small family though. Complimentary breakfast and they arranged 1 hour boat
