The resort is located on national waterways surrounded with lush greenery and paddy.We arrived in November 2014 . It was approximately 3 hours drive from Kochi Airport . We stayed at this property as part of our tour to the God's Own Country. Located in the backwaters the view is just wonderful. In short, everything was excellent... if planning to stay in alleppey, this is the best place... the accommodation includes a paddy walk, cookery class, high tea, sunset cruise, cultural program. to reach the resort, we need to goto a point, from there its a 15min boat ride which was exciting...

The location is fabulous, but unfortunately the hotel standards let this place down. Tables were dirty, and not wiped, the bathroom had mould and dirt, the patio doors were dirty with pigeon droppings outside. We went on to stay at citrus retreat. I strongly condemn the hotel.From dirty bathrooms, while checking in to rats in the restaurant,extremely poor service, salty backwater in bathroom,lazy and unfriendly staff and poor management made me feel really miserable . I spent 3300 Rs in spa for relaxation

My wife and I recently stayed at Citrus Hotel and the treatment given by Hotel Employees is excellent and great. This hotel located beside backwater and there are providing good activities during the stay such as cooking class, back water boat trip and fishing and also head or foot massage for 15 mi
