We stayed here yesterday while attending a function in Kottayam. The hotel was located close to Kottayam city. They had 24 hours checkin. They had pretty decent underground parking. Their reception, floors and rooms are well maintained, though we came across a few issues such as rats and lizards on the false ceiling. They didn’t have key card entry, instead they had a physical key entry which was

They change the price once u go there stating room not available The guys had quoted a less price over the fonWhen I called it was less, once I reached they said room is not available and it's now 2800 instead of 1342. THE STAFF WAS VERY RUDE AND DID NOT BOTHER AT ALL
