I stayed in this hotel from 3rd To 5th december 2021 . Miss Unnati made sure that our stay was absolutely comfortable especially since i was staying with 3 Children . Even the Laundry Staff was extremely courteous and prompt ..in all would recommend it to anyone staying in lucknow ..

Attended a meeting in their banquet hall and it was great. Staff was very attentive and the ambience of all the halls was also very classy. Can accomodate large gatherings also. I met Mr. Avneesh the exec housekeeper there and he was very professional. Would definitely recommend again

We stayed at Regnant from 27th to 30th Aug. Day-1 : We checked in and found out that bathroom doors could not be opened from inside as the door handle was broken and nobody bothered to fix it before allocating the room to us. My brother had to be rescued. The hotel staff who came to check was locked
