its a resort a little away from Pelling...in darap Village....good cottages...with village like surroundings....the staff is friendly....food is ok.....local beer is amazing...there is a small souvenir shop...a walk in the village is very calming......

Way on the outskirts of pelling. Right at the bottom. No view. Very badly managed by local gundas. Life threatening. Felt unsafe during the stay. payed for meals even after taking MAP plan. The resort is absolutely terrible, and I would never ever advise any unsuspecting traveller to go there, specially non-Indians. I say this due to the following reasons:1. First lets be very clear - Cherry Village is not in Pelling. It is in Darap, a village about 6-7 kms away.Luckily our taxi driver knew it, as the owner / proprietor would not take our calls or even respond to an sms .
