It's a good hotel located very centrally.Modern rooms with huge windows natural light, makes it very airy.This hotel has good food and parking facilities.Hotel was recommended by a friend.They have AC and room charges are very reasonable

Very good all stuff . Polite humble and very much helpful . Value for money . Room is extremely nit and clean .balcony view also road side.overall it is very spacious. Free wifi parking is there and most importantly it is well connected with all visiting place .

Good hotel centrally located, peaceful. Hotel is well done up, with modern facilities. Good food cordial staff. They upgraded my room at no extra cost, felt happy and good. Staff is cooperative and they customised food etc. Car park is there.

The hotel manager named Mr Bikash does not know how to talk to the customers . He is talking rudely over the phone with me thats i have to cancel the stay in this hotel. If the manager is like this then the think how will be the behaviour of the hotel staffs . Very bad experience while booking . My

Their customer service was pathetic. No hot water was available in bathroom even after 08:00. The receptionist kept saying, hot water would be available in 30 minutes. Many 30 minutes went; but hot water could never be obtained. They were hard pressing to sell food from their restaurant. They made m

The stay was very comfortable with clean area to stay and the food was of good quality and quantity both. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The location was also very apt for us according to the purpose we visited the town. Transport was always easily available to the hotel.I would suggest

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night enroute to Guwahati from Gorakhpur. The property is overpriced compared to the room/amenities on offer. Only vegetarian food is available. Food though expensive is good and potions generous and tastefully presented. Car parking available.
