Despite Being a new Property in the town this Hotel has made sure customers comfort is there first priority. Staff is very well trained! Room hygiene is on top! Food is also very good and the location is also very much accessible! On my 169th day of my All India ride I visited Siliguri and was checked into Hotel Surya Grand. Had one of the best experiences in terms of stay, food, service of staff and everything. Room was good food was also good but no hospitality- Nobody was greeting especially in the front office, when I checked in - they just straight asked me my id but no greeting like good morning good afternoon nothing and in the checkout time also they just gave my bills and I left the hotel but no T

The hotel is new but located in a congested area,good ambience when you enter and service is acceptable but not comfortable to stay as at 9.0pm construction work was going on .
