It's a bit old property and they need to seriously work on plumbing work. Lot of water leakage. Room size and amenities provided are good. There is a pool and restaurants as well. Located near shops and sightseeing attractions. Bengal Safari is very near.

spent 2 nights at this property in the month of may 2022. liked the services and the comfort level of this hotel. clean and comfortable and friendly. the restaurant serves good vegetarian food. the tariff is a bit steep.

I stayed here for a couple of nights on business at the end of February. Check in was fast and courteous. Rooms were adequate, sheets were clean although covers a bit marked. Internet was good in the lobby but patchy elsewhere, sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't. I struggled a bit with

Why I would not suggest this hotel:1. In the same or even lesser price you get a much better facilities and experience in Siliguri. The hotel is on the road out to Gangtok and Darjeeling from Siliguri. Fairly basic place but considering the pricing it is a really good deal. Only Veg food is served but is pretty good food. Hotel is old one with old infrastructure but well maintained. On all my business trips to siliguri every year I stay here. Almost for 10 years I have been visiting this hotel but nothing much has changed.Most of the people come here for organizing events because they have a good ground and hall also
