Thanks guys for such an amazing experience.We had visited siliguri last month,stayed in the hotel for two days.It was a wonderful experience.Food quality was good. Felt like home food. Excellent location.. Rooms are 2good . Room service also very good as well as all staf. Propiter also visit frequently . He is very kind and helpful persen. . Railway junction and bus stand just walking distance or a toto will take 10rs . My experience is excellent👍

I stayed at this lodge recently and the services provided was too good. Food is awesome, location was very convenient and the staffs there are very friendly and helpful. I would totally recommend this lodge. They even provide free parking space to their guests which is so nice of them.

I was with my friends on last year ..............I had good experience on room service & food quality specially fish curry...Location is near hongkong market which is good for marketing....hope visit again..

I just stayed with my family for 1 night but i was dis-appointed..the hotel manager is very rude and there are lots of mosquitoes around. The facilities are basic. They are however near from the railway station/bus stand if that counts.

Very poor service. Food quality is too bad to eat. No higine maintained. Staff are not friendly. Overall it is a big big zero. Not recomended for family stey.they serve foods with no higine and the beheviour of the hotel staff is not friendly.

Stayed with family for a night and that's it!!! I guess its better for solo traveler or if you are traveling with friends. If you have to stay more than that I would suggest get a better hotel, there are plenty in Siliguri. They have common geyser in each floor, no restaurants only room service. Sta

Phoenix Lodge is neither a 5 star hotel nor a resort... and they are not claiming that also anywhere...So... being honest... it is a good hotel where anyone can stay for official or transit purpose... I stayed there with my better half for 1 night only... and I faced no problem at all...The location
