Located near the railway station, in the heart of the city - Paltan bazar. This Eco hotel provides very good services along with the prime location makes easy approach to anywhere. Friendly staff takes care the most. A place must for family and business class traveller.

Excellent hospitality. Without doubt one of the favorite hotel. Excellent food and very good service by staff. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had a great time here.

Situated in a broken pathway along Paltan Bazar; access is tricky. The outer appearance of the hotel does not inspire confidence. The reception / lobby area is tiny and dingy. But all this is made up by the room I opted for: Deluxe category. The room was huge by any standards, spic and span, equippe

A very comfortable, safe and secure hotel. Excellent location. Very hospitable staff. Rooms with essential facilities. Good place to stay for Business travellers and holidayer's. The quality of food serve in the restaurant is awesome. Good value for money. Definitely recommended to other travellers

A well maintained property with excellent service and the location is very good. I will come again for sure. Rooms are quite clean, very near to the railway station & 21 km to the airport. Location in the heart of the Guwahati city. Brahmaputra, Kamakhya temple, Navgrah temple & market is very near.

The best this hotel has done is that they have got an excellent photoshoot done. The rooms, lobby, restaurant are not that amazing in real. The rooms are smaller than specified, facilities are basic. But the service and staff behaviour is good

I traveled to north east for the first time and finalised to stay in Rains inn after after recommendation from a friend, who stayed there earlier. I booked by sending direct email and they confirmed my booking promptly. On my request they had also arranged airport pick up, which was very convenient.

Sadly we only stayed at this place for one night, but it was brilliant, when we arrived the room we had booked wasn't ready so we got upgraded to a Better room at no extra cost! The hotel has a nice feel, rooms are very well maintained and the staff and the management are very warm & welcoming. the breakfast is ok with areas of improvement. Not expensive at all.Overall a good option at the heart of the city and good value for money.
