It's a nice cozy 4 star hotel quite away from the main town of Kohima. The rooms and ambience is really good. The open restaurent in the entrance of the hotel will attract your immediate attention. Its the second time I stay here. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The resaurant serve tasty food with fast service.The room is spacious. The bathrooms is on international standard. I would say this can easily be rated a 4 star hotel on international level and 5 star in Indian level.

The rooms are lovely and it is a clean place to stay. However what really let the hotel down was the service. The team are clearly not trained well enough. The biggest let down of this hotel is its service and food. Staff at the reception is not proactive in giving information, you have to keep asking them. Food is really bad, no taste at all. Must rank as one of the better hotels in Nagaland. Staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. Room for two was really comfortable with adjoining shower. Food was good with a range of choices. Lovely team, fantastic service, efficient and responsive bunch, at the front office, restaurant and at breakfast .Rooms were comfortable and clean.Food was tasty, the bar could have been better stocked. Totally recommend staying here.

This is a classic example of lack of competition which makes such hotels to screw their guests with anything. While charged with Rs 5000 per night for a small room projected as premium room, what you get is bare nothing except some bread and omlete as complimentary Breakfast...

was put up at vivor on an official tour , must say that the staff were exceptionally helpful n courteous . a cosy n a clean room after a tiring day ,free wifi to top up the cellular connectivity issues , overall a very pleasant hotel which i would go to if at Kohima.
