To be honest we really enjoyed the stay in the hotel. The staff are highly professional and generous towords the guest. The hotel Reception and Restaurant looks good since they have done the interiors. But the hotel rooms are very bad. The furniture looks more than 10 years old. There is no ventilation and light inside the rooms and hence the room and the toilets are stinking. Renovation of the Hotel is over due. The

If there would be a minus one star; that is what I would grade the KPM Regency at Robinson Road Palakkad. If you are looking for a decent place to stay, this is NOT it!. This hotel however, a paradise for cockroaches and other creatures that roam around freely in rooms and corridors. The matt

Good place to stay,Such a wonderful host by the receptionist and good rooms are arranged, all Clean and tidy. Good food served and facilities are above the level. Room service were always at this hotel, staff's are all well behavior.it's in heart of the city so it's advisable for stay at KPM regency
