I initially thought the hotel might be remote, but it wasnt. It takes 20 rupees to reach from the KSRTC bus standWhat stands out for me, is the highly friendly and responsive staff, also hotel has a tie up with its own travel agency which makes tours a breeze. The hotel also has its own restaurant,

This is an Excellent Hotel in palakkad.... They are having Good behaving staff and excellent management..... they offered excellent hospitality.... they are having their own restaurant namely Choice family restaurant which is providing very tasty food... good atmosphere....

located very near to Railway station and easy to locate. The location was main plus point. The staffs were so co operative and friendly. Rooms was decent. Bath fittings was old like kodai hills. But not a negative. Overall...nice stay.

Conducted a meeting... Its decent... Reception is good and long... Restaurant is small... Food was decent... Parking space is good... Its right next to the Railway crossing... Rooms aren't that good... AC's weren't working in many of the rooms...its an OK type hotel

The multi floor hotel does not have a lift to start with: nor a restaurant attached to it or even in the vicinity. The 24 hour availability of hot water in the bath room is a myth. Even the term hot is questionable. The staff are quite friendly and are very helpful throughout the day and night. Loca

Good Hotel. Stayed in Both AC and Non_AC Rooms. Everything was available when requested, like we needed an extra Multi-Plug and they gave immediately. Also good Veg/Non-Veg hotel just past Railway level crossing.(since their own Restaurant is under maintenance now)Overall nice hotel to considered i
