we prefer language in Englis.We stayed in both the executive room and premium room. The executive room is quite nice (spacious and has better amenities). We enjoyed this room. The premium room is small and doesnt really have a sitting area. It feels cramped and there is not much place to move around or sit. For this, I thought the price was a little too high. The hotel is a pleasant surprise. The staff is very helpful, the hotel is clean, the rooms are good and the the food is also decent. We stayed in the hotel for only a day and it was a good stay. It is very close to the main market and the fort.

The hotel was neatly maintained and kept clean and tidy. Nothing big to be expected and definitely not recommended for those want a luxurious stay. Breakfast buffet did not include too many items and can be improved. Service wise they are good.

Worst experience. Rooms were unclean. Linen provided was dirty. No hot water in bathroom and when I complained they provide me a heating coil. During summer ,Air conditioner performance not so good. In bath room shower and taps need checkup.Because of this water wasting a lot. Please concentrate like small points. Give drinking water,water kettles,fruit bowl etc to attract people.

Smelly; OK if you arrive late at night (still groggy, and you do not look around LOL) and just crash into bed. Other than that, it is an Okay hotel - meaning - it is nothing to get excited about. You may find price just right, suiting your purse.
