Maintenace and Customer service is terrible. We stayed at the hotel for one night. There was water leakage from the AC and called reception for to solve the problem but no response from them. Very very bad experience and not satisfied at all.. They are not responding at all..

Booked the property through Agoda, dont go with room pictures. The rooms are terible.I booked a deluxe room and the the room which I got was extremely dirty . Bathrooms are horrible.Bedsheets seems not changed, Towels are worn out and not clean .No hot water. Please please avoid the hotel. I had req

Really worth the money u spend. Nice bar attached. Rooms are vast and have jacuzzi with 24 hours hot water. Excellent breakfast. Rooms are well planned and maintained. Staffs were good. Place is around 2 km from palakkad bus stand but it has a bus stop jus opposite to it. Room service was good and
