We had 18 rooms booked for a wedding in Palakkad on 19th and 20th of this month. Different families start arriving at different times and the early check-ins found out that the rooms were provided with out clean sheets and most amenities lacking and a totally non cooperative staff who are few in numbers, unable to help. We stayed here on the way to Kozhikode.Rooms are very clean. Staff was very helpful and prompt service. They don’t have in house restaurant. But they get food from their restaurant in the town. Breakfast was ok. Had an excellent stay here.
