Stayed a night in this palaghat hotel @Rs 1750/= with a good kerala breakfast complimentary.Staff so exuberant and super efficient...not expecting tip.Recommended by a biker friend working at Radisson Salem. Surprised at the very good service as also the quality/quantity/taste of their room service

I stayed here for 7 days as I explored the Town and the surrounding countryside . They looked after me very well indeed . My room was clean and airy . Hotel Gazala Inn is centrally located. The rooms are very small, but well maintained. I would not recommend Gazala for those looking for comforts and luxury. The worst hotel I have ever stayed for this price. Poor maintenance and cleanliness is below average. Not even have a decent toilet mat. Didn't even provide toothbrush and paste for Rs 1500 for one person and Rs 1750 for two people. The room is small and in the toilet don'have the space to take bath

This hotel is centrally located. The railway station and bus stand are a short ride away. The rooms are spacious and clean. The property is well maintained, and the tariff is modest. A South Indian breakfast is complimentary. The stay is very good value for money, specially recommended for families.

I stayed here for two days last week...Centrally Located with excellent facilities..Room was clean and well-maintained...Staff was very polite and helpful....Food was really good, especially multiple options in complimentary breakfast....Nice experience!

The only reason we booked this place is because of the location. The serive is poor and slow. You have to keep reminding them of ur order if u choose room service. We had ordered room service and the food wasn't great, even the Kerala Parota was not worth remembering. We didn't stop for breakfast.
